ROCA Industry Plans Expansion – ROCA Industry, Romania’s first industrial holding focused on building materials, announced plans to integrate 8-10 medium-sized building materials companies to accelerate Romania’s industrialization.
Aquila Expands in Hungary – Aquila (AQ.RO), a major player in Romania’s fast-moving consumer goods distribution sector, has successfully completed the acquisition of Kitax Kft in Hungary, reinforcing its regional presence.
