-BNP Paribas is expanding its presence in Romania, extending its lease in Oregon Park office complex in Bucharest. The transaction covers 6,200 square meters and includes the relocation of two business lines: Arval and BNP Paribas Cardif.
COMPANIES
The number of ailing companies in various distress stages (deregistration, insolvency, dissolution, or suspension of activity) is expected to rise significantly in 2025, from 155,000 to 170,000-180,000, driven by economic slowdown and the impact of new micro-enterprise restrictions, according to Sierra Quadrant.
