16:15 Romania’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Bogdan Aurescu had a meeting on Friday with Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Slovenia, Tanja Fajon. The two officials discussed Romania’s accession to Schengen Area according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MAE).

15:45 Romania’s Minister of Economy Florin Spataru declared on Friday in Ploiesti that a working group will be set up together with the Education and Research Ministries, tasked with finding solutions to transfer research results to the economy, Agerpres reported.
