10:15 National leader of the Social Democratic Party (PSD) Marcel Ciolacu told Europa FM on Wednesday (March 22) that he is convinced that there will be a rotation of Romania’s prime ministers, and the future government will function better.

CAPITAL MARKET COMMENTARY
Bucharest stocks turned in a mixed performance on Thursday as investors digested the latest interest rate hikes by the U.S. Federal Reserve and the Bank of England. The U.S. central bank hiked rates by another 25 basis points on Wednesday and expressed caution about the recent banking crisis. It also indicated that hikes are nearing an end. Earlier today, the U.K. central bank announced its widely-expected 25 basis point increase. |
