11:55 Prime Minister Nicolae Ciuca stated on Monday (Feb. 27) on the occasion of the National Day of Japan that Japan is one of Romania’s closest and most valued friends and partners, adding that this is demonstrated by the fact that bilateral relations will be raised soon to the level of strategic partnership, Agerpres reported.
