-Romania’s Prime Minister Nicolae Ciuca participated, on Wednesday (Oct. 26), together with the Belgian Prime Minister Alexander De Croo, in the signing of bilateral documents on collaboration in the nuclear field.
-Foreign direct investments will find a more favorable environment in the period before joining the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), the secretary of state in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MAE) Luca Niculescu told the Foreign Investors Summit on Wednesday (Oct. 26).

-Bucharest came out second in a ranking of the most affordable apartments in European capital cities and first among the largest city in the country, according to Kiwi Finance Real Estate Index data.
-Romania’s new vehicle registrations grew by 8.1%, in January-September 2022 y-o-y, with eco cars registering a jump of 89% and a market share of 20.9%, Association of Automobile Makers and Importers (APIA) data showed.

-Fluor Corporation (US), Sargent & Lundy (US), SNC Lavalin (Canada) and Framatome (France) are interested to cooperate with Romania’s Nuclearelectrica in civil nuclear area, Minister of Energy Virgil Popescu announced on his Facebook page.
-Bucharest’s modern office stock reached 3.30 million sqm at the end of the third quarter of 2022, as only five office projects were delivered during this period, according to CBRE Romania.

-On Thursday (Oct. 27), a number of 90,693 people entered Romania through border points throughout the country, of whom 8,098 were Ukrainian citizens, increasing by almost 11 percent compared to the previous day, according to the General Inspectorate of the Border Police (IGPF).
