11:12 Romania’s minister of National Defense, Angel Tilvar, and the chief of the Defense Staff, general Daniel Petrescu, visited, on Friday (Jan. 6), the eastern Buzau and Focsani garrisons, where they met with military personnel working in the structures equipped with the High Mobility Artillery Rocket System (HIMARS), according to the Ministry of National Defense.
