Mixed performance across Southeastern European stock markets marked the latest session, with most indices recording gains while a few closed lower. Notably, Skopje’s MBI10 and Belgrade’s BELEX15 posted the strongest advances, while Athens’ general index and Sofia’s SOFIX led the decliners.

In Sofia, the main equity index SOFIX of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) comprising 15 key stocks lost 0.38% ending the session at 885.54 points.
CROATIA
In Zagreb, CROBEX index tracking 20 major stocks on the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) was higher by 0.86% to reach 3,257.59 points.
CYPRUS
In Nicosia, the general index of the Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE) which follows 38 listed companies grew by 0.45% to end the day at 233.94 points.
GREECE
In Greece, the general index of the Athens Exchange, which tracks 61 large-cap companies, was off 0.22% to settle at 1,701.8400 points. The session’s biggest lost came from Ellaktor, whose shares shrunk by 4.44%, leading the blue-chip losers.

On the Moldova Stock Exchange, there were no transactions taking place today.
MONTENEGRO
In Podgorica, the MNSE10, the leading index of the Montenegro Stock Exchange (MNSE) which reflects the 10 most representative shares ticked up 0.01% to end at 1.168,97 points.
NORTH MACEDONIA
In Skopje, the blue-chip MBI 10 index representing 10 selected blue-chip stocks on the North Macedonian Stock Exchange (MSE) added 1.29% to reach 10,293.17 points.
ROMANIA
In Romania, the BET index tracking the 20 most liquid stocks on the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) dropped 0.13% to end at 17,409.68 points. Read more here.

The BELEX15 Index of the Belgrade Stock Exchange (BSE), covering the 15 largest and most liquid stocks rose 1.59% to close at 1.153,21 points. The BSE’s market capitalization stood at RSD 478.842.330.238 (~EUR 4.084.552.750).

The Slovenian SBITOP index which which tracks the 9 most liquid stocks on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange added 0.40% closing at 2,004.98 points.
