Southeast European stock markets showed mixed performance, with most indices recording modest movements. While some markets saw slight gains, others ended in the red, reflecting a cautious investor sentiment amid broader regional and global economic uncertainties.


The Sarajevo Stock Exchange’s (SASE) 10-share benchmark SASX10 index ticked down 0.03% to finish at 1.287,78 points.

The Banja Luka bourse (BLSE)’s 12-share BIRS equity index was unchanged.


In Sofia, the main equity index SOFIX of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) comprising 15 key stocks decreased 0.41 % settling at 898.54 points.


In Zagreb, CROBEX index tracking 20 major stocks on the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE), was lower by 0.69% to finish at 3,383.64 points.


In Nicosia, the general index of the Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE) which follows 38 listed companies, gained 0.37 ending at 192.11 points.


In Greece, the Athens Exchange (ATHEX) general index which tracks 61 Big Cap companies, rose 0.24% to close at 1,600.17 points.


On the Moldova Stock Exchange (MSE) there were no transactions taking place today.


In Podgorica, the MNSE10, the leading index of the Montenegro Stock Exchange (MNSE) which reflects the 10 most representative shares gained 0.25% to end at 1.212,49 points.


In Skopje, the blue-chip MBI 10 index representing 10 selected blue-chip stocks on the North Macedonian Stock Exchange (MSE), ticked up 0.03% to finish at 10,698.52 points.


In Romania, the BET index tracking the 20 most liquid stocks on the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) gained 0.47% closing at 17,659.65 points. Read more here.

The BELEX15 Index of the Belgrade Stock Exchange (BSE), covering the 15 largest and most liquid stocks, added 0.32% ending at 1.134,08 points.


The Slovenian SBITOP index which which tracks the 9 most liquid stocks on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, (LJSE) was higher by 0.98% to finish at 2,060.63 points.
